Catbird provides catering services subject to availability and order confirmation.

Prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment may be required in full prior to delivery.

Customers must notify us of dietary requirements when ordering. While we take care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may receive a refund. Late cancellations may incur fees or be non-refundable.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order supplied.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, refunds are generally not available once preparation has commenced.

If an order is incorrect or significantly damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue appropriately.

Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
